I follow a humanistic approach, which focuses on you and your ability to grow, and become resilient and self-aware. My modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which includes in-the-moment solutions, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT),  and an Eclectic Approach, which means that I am able to meet you and help you where you’re at.
